FIRST ESTABLISHED FEED MILL IN 1956

O.C. Syfrett built the first feed mill in Riviera Beach, Florida in 1956. With the help of two employees and one truck, he delivered burlap bags of feed directly to dairy farm troughs.

​Then as developments in the coastal areas increased, dairy farms began to move further inland. Okeechobee County was a popular area due to its abundance of land and central location. To be able to offer our customers the best service possible, in 1978, Syfrett Feed established a new plant in Okeechobee.

Second generation, Chuck Syfrett, at a young age continued his father's legacy. His vision and determination has elevated Syfrett Feed Company from a local producer into a respected world class leader among feed supplies both local and international. He drives the need for quality feed produced for the local community and export.

​Melissa Syfrett has effectively implemented procedural control improvements in finances with over 10 years of experience in Corporate Accounting and Financial Management. Melissa also has extensive experience in the feed production and operations field, having served in a number of positions in the industry and works along side of Charles focusing on formulating quality nutrition.

​Charles Syfrett II has been formulating rations for a wide range of animals for over 10 years with staff PhD nutritionists. His focus is making quality rations that fit customer operations to maximize production and efficiency. Charles has an uncanny ability to identify deficiencies in production and health within his clients' animals.
